About Marc Kuhn

Marc Kuhn started his construction career in 1994 with his father. He started at $1 per hour and got a $1 yearly raise as he worked for his father's construction company. 2010, he left his hourly job with $2,500 in his bank account.

He started his entrepreneurial path and opened MAK Construction, his first business. Marc grew the construction company to over $25 million a year. They develop commercial projects, both 3rd party and investment projects for their investors. Since 2018, they have added over 200 units in the Midwest. The benefits of real estate have given him the freedom of time. His goal is to help investors reach financial freedom through real estate. Today, Marc owns and operates three successful companies, earning eight figures yearly.
